Musicians On Call is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of inclusion and belonging. We strive to bring music to patients, families, and caregivers regardless of age, race, gender, size, ability, illness, religion, or sexual orientation. Because representation matters, we are taking intentional steps across our Board of Directors, Staff, Volunteers, and Artist Partners to better reflect and connect with the communities we serve.
To help guide this work, we established the Musicians On Call Inclusive Excellence Committee, a group of staff and National Board members working alongside our President and CEO to set meaningful goals and strategies that advance inclusion at every level of the organization.
