Musicians On Call is Voted a People’s Choice Leadership Award Winner

For the 2021 Salute to Excellence Awards, hosted by the Center for Nonprofit Management in Nashville, a new awards category was created to further honor the important work of area nonprofits. The first-ever People’s Choice Leadership Award recognized outstanding nonprofit leadership and community support during the difficulties of 2020 and 2021.

Out of over 100 applications received, eight finalists were chosen for community voting. Musicians On Call was selected as one of those finalists, recognized for the impact of our virtual programs, delivering smiles and comfort in hospitals during the toughest circumstances imaginable. For the day leading up to the event and during the awards ceremony, more than 1,100 votes were cast and MOC was named one of three winners of the Memorial Foundation People’s Choice Leadership Award!
