
Musicians On Call Promotions Elevate Team Members Throughout the Organization
Musicians On Call (MOC) celebrates the promotions of 11 team members across all departments within the organization. The promotions include Katy Epley to Chief Operating Officer, Elizabeth Black to Senior Vice President of Operations, Nicole Rivera to Vice President of Innovation, PJ Cowan to Director of Programs, Tarah Duarte to Director of Corporate Partnerships, Melinda LaFollette to Director of PR & Events, Alli Prestby to Creative Director, Torianne Valdez to Director of Artist Relations, Audrey Jadwisiak to Senior Program Manager, Lia Okenkova to Senior Development Manager and Sasha Arnkoff to Program Manager.

Katy has been with Musicians On Call for 18 years and led the expansion of MOC’s programs to Middle Tennessee in 2007. As COO her responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring the Programs Department delivers high-quality services and the Operations Department follows sound business practices. As SVP of Operations, Elizabeth oversees finance, technology, legal and human resource processes for the organization. She has been with MOC for 13 years. Nicole joined the team in 2014 and was most recently leading the Program Team. As VP of Innovation she will oversee some of the organization’s most critical projects, including co-developing MOC’s technology platform and creating a new structure for remote and part-time employees.
PJ has been on the team at Musicians On Call for 10 years and has worked with both the fundraising and program departments. As Director of Programs he will lead the program team in the management and expansion of MOC’s nationwide programs. Tarah joined MOC’s corporate partnerships team in 2019. In her role as Director she will lead the organization’s strategic partnerships with national brands across industries including healthcare, lifestyle and entertainment. Since joining MOC’s marketing team in 2018, Melinda has led all media, communications and live events for the organization. As Director she will continue to lead the organization’s national public relations strategy and oversee all live events. Alli started as Creative Coordinator in 2022 and has elevated the organization’s national brand in that time. As Creative Director she will manage a team that continues her work in building and evolving MOC’s brand awareness. Torianne joined the program team at Musicians On Call in 2017 and from there moved into her role overseeing the organization’s relationships with artists. As Director of Artist Relations she will manage MOC’s national talent strategy, including cultivating relationships with celebrity talent and industry teams, and recruiting and executing celebrity visits and partnership opportunities on a local and national level.
Audrey joined MOC’s program team in 2022 and has been working on the delivery and expansion of MOC’s programs as well as improving the volunteer experience. As Senior Program Manager she will manage MOC’s bedside program in various East Coast and Midwest markets. Lia became Grants Coordinator in 2023 to oversee and execute grant applications and stewardship. As Senior Development Manager she will continue to oversee MOC’s grant funding as well as manage the strategic direction of the development department. Sasha joined the staff in 2023 as Executive Assistant after having served as a MOC Volunteer Musician since 2014. As Program Manager she will manage MOC’s West Coast bedside programs.
